We are glad to return/exchange any full price, unworn, unwashed merchandise within 7 days for Store Credit Only.

All items must be unworn and have their original tags and packaging. All sales are final on sale merchandise.

ONLINE RETURNS 

We are glad to return / exchange any full price, unworn, unwashed merchandise within 14 days of receipt of your order. The sender is responsible for shipping costs. Please contact online@pinkyotto.com prior to sending a return or exchange.

We hold the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
